Arguably, the single most important factor to a successful construction project is communication. Our goal: constantly keep our clients apprised of the process and progress, before, during and after construction. We do this through several channels, such as video conferencing, on-site meetings, office meetings, weekly updates in our Construction Management software, phone calls and text messaging.

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association whose broad mission is protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all, while working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs, and strengthen our economy. As a member of the RHBA we are committed to keeping up to date on the latest residential building codes, leading edge building sciences, and ethical building practices. Chris is the owner and president of Views and Vines Homes. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology, after serving for more than 13 years in the US Army and Army Reserve. With a foundation in leadership and project management, Chris started Views and Vines Homes in 2018 with a focus on creating a client-centric approach to new home construction. His constant need for knowledge and never accepting the “status quo” has given Chris the ability to evolve with the ever-changing construction industry. In his off-time, Chris enjoys spending time with family, reading, and boating on Keuka Lake in the summer.
Mary has always had a love for the Finger Lakes, especially Keuka Lake. From childhood she vacationed on Keuka, then as an adult with family and friends. She and Chris permanently moved to Keuka Lake, after the youngest child went off to college in 2016. Other family members have properties surrounding the region, truly making this their forever home base. Mary is a retired health care executive and consultant. She turned her passion for design into a second career. First by helping family and friends, Mary now provides design services to our clients. Mary’s focus is on creating functional spaces that are cohesive throughout the home. She is adept at material selection and coordinating textures and colors.
Cassie is the Operations Manager at Views and Vines Homes. She is responsible for the daily administration of the company and is the go-to person to get just about anything done. Cassie has over a decade of experience in client relationship management and project management. Cassie is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. Don’t let her degree title fool you; she is extremely proficient in running the day-to-day operations of a construction company. As a new mother, she and her husband no longer have any spare time!

Todd is an independent architect & business owner who helps people reach their design & construction goals throughout the Rochester & Finger Lakes region. He has been actively involved in the creation of high-quality custom homes for more than a decade, working for several prominent architects & builders along the path to licensure. Since starting his own practice in 2022, he has been able to help dozens of clients bring their ideas to fruition, and has embraced partnerships with fellow entrepreneurs in the world of architecture/engineering/ construction. Todd graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture & Urban Planning in 2011, and also holds a certificate in Green Building Technology from Erie Community College. Todd is an active volunteer- helping to support various local organizations, along with his wife & three children. During off-hours, you can find him spending time with family & friends; actively enjoying the great outdoors, making new stories & remembering old ones to share around the campfire.
Cody is a Project Manager for Views and Vines Homes. He has over 10-years in construction management, working in both Texas and New York State. Cody provides a vast array of experience in the construction industry including disaster relief, barndominium builds, and custom homes. His ambition for knowledge and attention to detail are essential for ensuring projects are executed efficiently from concept to completion. Cody prides himself on his dedication to his clients and the ability to overcome any hurdles to ensure his clients have a smooth an enjoyable building process. Away from work, Cody enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family, watching football, and soaking up the outdoors.
