Phase 1 - Get in Touch
Whether you already have house plans and are ready to build or are just starting your journey, these beginning stages can be confusing. Involving us earlier in the process is beneficial because we can offer our expertise on feasibility and construction costs based on your budget or desired level of finish. Contact us to learn more about our build process.
Phase 2 - Planning
If you haven’t selected land or an architect to draw up plans, we can assist you with getting in touch with professionals that can help. As you start to finalized the plans for your new home or addition, that’s when we get into the detailed specifications of exactly what you want. Our in-house designer can help with functional layouts and material selections that creates a one-of-a-kind design. From the finalized plan and specs, Views & Vines Homes will present you with pricing.
Phase 3 - Construction
Before construction begins, we will create a detailed construction schedule, milestones and a completion date. These are part of the construction contract, and guide the construction process. As construction begins, we oversee the entire process and are available to meet you at the build site and address your needs and questions throughout construction. In addition to site visits and phone calls, we use an online portal, customized to your build, that allows for consolidated communication, monitoring the schedule, tracking the budget, and weekly updates with photos and the latest status.
Phase 4 - Completion
Upon completion of you new home or addition, we will conduct a final walk through to show you how your home operates, and to identify any imperfections or needed touchups that will be noted in the Punchlist. Once all items are inspected and approved, it’s time to enjoy your custom crafted space!
